Board should not be laminated if temperature of surface is below 65° F. Preheating of boards is recommended for best results during cold weather. Surface Temperature of Nip Rollers: 300 - 330° F Note: Laminating temperatures are a function of several factors: basis weight of paper, speed of lamination, board temperature, etc. and should be determined by the operator for varying conditions.
